Couragier — Terms and Conditions
Review version — October 1, 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Couragier is an educational brand operated by FiabPartners LLC. In these terms, “Couragier,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that operator; “you” refers to anyone using the services or purchasing an offer.
These terms cover Couragier Academy, Couragier University, Couragier Adventures, and Couragier courses, masterclasses, webinars, ebooks, digital resources and communities, to the extent those services are available. They apply to couragier.com and to learn.couragier.com, shop.couragier.com, checkout.couragier.com and app.couragier.com when those services refer to these terms.
Offer details, including content, price, dates, access duration and included services, appear on the offer page and at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Specific promises made in the offer you purchased continue to apply. Nothing here removes rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

2. Acceptance and eligibility
Please read these terms before creating an account or making a purchase. When we ask you to accept them during registration or checkout, your acceptance applies to the relevant service. The Privacy Policy explains how we process your data; accepting these terms does not automatically constitute consent to advertising or optional cookies.
To purchase independently, you must have the legal age and capacity to enter a contract where you live. Otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must register and purchase on your behalf and supervise your use. The services are not intended for children under 13.
3. Your account and security
Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password and access codes and for activity you authorize on your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
An individual license is for one learner. Do not share logins, resell access or give your account to another person unless the offer permits a team license or another form of use. Responsibility for unauthorized activity remains subject to applicable law and our own responsibilities.
4. Training formats and access duration
Courses may be recorded, live, interactive or a combination. The offer page specifies what is included: videos, live sessions, replays, ebooks, community, exercises, support or other resources.
Access lasts for the period advertised before purchase. Buying training does not automatically provide lifetime access, all other courses, every update or individual support. If we advertise lifetime access or another benefit, the exact terms of that promise must be defined in the offer and honored.
You are responsible for the internet connection and devices needed to participate, according to technical requirements communicated before purchase. If a problem on Couragier’s side prevents delivery of your purchase, contact us so we can correct it or provide another appropriate solution without limiting your refund rights.
5. Prices, payments and fees
The price, payment currency, taxes and any mandatory fees must be presented before you confirm a purchase. Payments may be processed through WHOP or another provider identified at checkout. Those providers may have their own terms; that does not remove Couragier’s obligations for the offer it sells.
If a webinar or training is free but an associated ebook, registration or service carries a fee, we must clearly disclose that before payment. “Free” must not conceal a mandatory expense.
A one-time payment offer is not a subscription. For a subscription, checkout must specify the price, frequency, renewal date, any trial and how to cancel. You may cancel future renewals through the purchasing platform or request help at hello@couragier.com. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already paid period; access for that period continues according to the offer unless a refund or another applicable rule ends it.
6. Refund and cancellation policy
Seven-day commercial guarantee
For a first purchase of a course, masterclass, ebook or other digital resource directly from Couragier, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days after the payment date, without having to give a reason. Opening a course or downloading a resource does not, by itself, remove this seven-day commercial guarantee.
This guarantee also applies to mandatory registration fees for a Couragier offer. If an offer promises a longer period, the more favorable period applies. The initial-purchase guarantee does not restart with each subscription renewal. Unauthorized payments, duplicate payments, undelivered services and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to applicable corrections or refunds.
How to request a refund
Email hello@couragier.com, or use the refund-request function on the purchasing platform if available. Provide the offer name, purchase email, payment date and order number or proof of payment. Do not send full card numbers, PINs or passwords.
We use the date you send the request to assess the deadline, even if we process it later. We may request information needed to identify the transaction. For an eligible request, we initiate the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving it, or sooner if required by law. The time before funds appear in your account depends on the payment provider.
We use the original payment method where possible; otherwise, we agree an alternative with you. Couragier does not add a refund-processing fee. Independently imposed bank currency-conversion costs remain subject to bank rules and applicable law.
After a refund, access and licenses associated with the purchase may end. You must stop using or distributing the refunded resources. Digital products do not need to be returned by mail.
Live sessions and undelivered services
If you cannot attend, contact us. A transfer, replay or alternative date is available only if the offer provides for it or we agree it with you. Your absence alone, after the guarantee period, does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
If Couragier cancels paid training before it starts, we offer a full refund or another date you choose to accept. If a significant part is not delivered or the schedule changes substantially, we offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund for the undelivered part or a full refund where justified. Your statutory rights always apply.
Mandatory consumer rights
The seven-day commercial guarantee does not replace statutory withdrawal rights, digital-content guarantees or other legal protections. For example, where European withdrawal rules apply, the statutory period may exceed seven days. Immediate access to digital content does not automatically remove those rights. Any request to begin delivery during a withdrawal period, and any legally permitted acknowledgment of losing a right, must be separate, clear and confirmed as the law requires. Even a valid loss of statutory withdrawal rights does not remove the seven-day commercial guarantee promised here.
7. Content rights
Couragier or its licensors owns the rights to courses, videos, texts, ebooks, illustrations, trademarks and other resources. Your purchase provides a personal, limited, nontransferable license to learn from and use the resources according to the offer.
You must not resell, publicly publish, distribute or share videos or ebooks, or remove attribution, without permission. Practical resources that permit business use may be used within their accompanying license. These restrictions do not remove statutory exceptions such as quotation or other lawful uses.
8. Community conduct and learner contributions
Treat others respectfully. Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, threats, spam or fraud, or post unlawful content or another person’s private data without permission. Do not record or share other participants’ images, voices or messages without required authorization.
You retain rights to the work and comments you create. When you submit them in a Couragier space, you grant only the permission needed to display and moderate them and provide the service. We do not use your work, name or image in advertising without separate permission where required. For recorded sessions, we inform participants in advance about the recording and its uses.
9. Educational and results disclaimer
Couragier content is educational and informational. It does not replace legal, tax, financial or other professional advice tailored to your situation. Consult a qualified professional where necessary.
We do not guarantee income, profit, sales, employment, approval of an Amazon account, supplier relationships or any other business outcome. Results depend on your experience, implementation, costs, market, risks and other factors. Examples, demonstrations and testimonials must be understood in context; they are not promises of personal results. Any financial claims we make must be accurate, supported and not misleading.
References to Amazon, SellerAmp, Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage or other companies identify tools and subjects. They do not, by themselves, establish a partnership, affiliation or endorsement. Those trademarks remain their owners’ property. Any actual paid relationship or affiliation must be disclosed where relevant.
10. Third-party services
A service may use WHOP, YouTube, WhatsApp or other platforms. Their terms and policies may apply when you use them. We do not control every change they make, but remain responsible for our own obligations and seek a solution if a change prevents delivery of your purchase.
11. Suspension and liability
We may restrict or suspend access for a serious violation, security risk or unlawful activity. Where possible, we provide an explanation and an opportunity to correct the issue. Urgent security action may be immediate. Contact us to request a review. Suspension does not automatically remove your refund or other statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising solely from decisions you make after training. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, our obligation to deliver what we promised, or consumer rights concerning defective services.
12. Changes, complaints and contact
We may update these terms and indicate the new version date. We provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting an active service. We do not remove benefits or guarantees from an existing purchase without the necessary legal basis or agreement.
For complaints, refund requests or questions, email hello@couragier.com. Contacting us does not remove your right to use other legal remedies or complain to a competent authority. If a provision is invalid, the others remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory rights where you live remain protected.
